Veterans United Home Loans
Veterans United Home Loans
Veterans United Home Loans is one of the many full-service mortgage lenders based in the United States of America, with more than 2,000 employees. This family-owned company is headquartered in Missouri’s Columbia city specifically, and mainly originates VA loans. For the uninitiated, loan origination refers to the procedure by which the borrower applies for a fresh loan, and the lender processes their application.
The company was founded back in 2002 by Brock and Brant Bukowsky. In 2013, it named Nathan Long as Chief Executive Officer. The company specializes in helping military service personnel and veterans become house owners, and these two make up the people that seek VA loans from the most lenders. A VA loan is a mortgage product, which the US Veterans Affairs Department guarantees.
The company had financed 1 billion dollars in 2009. Most recently, it has financed 10.44 billion dollars. In addition to providing VA loans, Veterans United Home Loans owns an amphitheater in Virginia Beach. In 2016, the outdoor concert facility announced a four-year-long naming rights deal with Veterans United, which caused it to be rechristened as Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater.
